“GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL”
The clauses below are related to the configuration of the framework agreement which all users of the website “FFUUSS.COM” must read and accept in order to access the website, notwithstanding the other |General Conditions of Sale| which will form an integral part of the purchase and sale agreements for the products offered by the Company.
Solely for the effects of these General Conditions, the expression “user” shall be understood to be any internet user who accesses the website “FFUUSS.COM”, whether directly or via any other website.
The General Conditions of Use of the Portal are as follows:

The services offered by FFUUSS 2013, S.L. (member of OTS GROUP) on this website are governed by the conditions contained in this agreement, notwithstanding the purchase of the products offered on the website, which are additionally governed by the |General Conditions of Sale|.
FFUUSS 2013, S.L. reserves the right to wholly or partially modify these General Conditions, with the new conditions agreed entering into force from the moment of their publication on this page. In any case, said modifications will not have retroactive effect on services already contracted by users.
The user will be understood to have accepted the conditions and rules expressed herein for all effects if they press the “Accept” button which appears at the end of this document.

III. USER CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS

The purpose of the service provided by FFUUSS 2013, S.L. via the website “FFUUSS.COM” is to offer users information on the hand dryers sold by this company under its own registered trademark, FFUUSS, in order to sell them through digital agreements.
